What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Taking ownership of cost planning and commercial management for large-scale projects.
✅ Advising clients on strategies, budgets, and financial risk throughout the project lifecycle.
✅ Conducting site visits, preparing valuations, and managing risk and reporting.
✅ Leading key project discussions and mentoring junior surveyors.
✅ Contributing to training and helping shape the next generation of professionals.
What You’ll Need
🎓 A degree in construction management or quantity surveying.
🏢 Experience with a national quantity surveying consultancy.
🤝 Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
👥 The ability to mentor junior staff and lead by example.
