Senior Quantity Surveyor - Multi-Sector Projects
Location: Sydney - Hybrid (2 days WFH if preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 plus Superannuation

What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of cost planning and commercial management for large-scale projects.
- Advising clients on strategies, budgets, and financial risk throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conducting site visits, preparing valuations, and managing risk and reporting.
- Leading key project discussions and mentoring junior surveyors.
- Contributing to training and helping shape the next generation of professionals.
What You’ll Need
- A degree in construction management or quantity surveying.
- Experience with a national quantity surveying consultancy.
- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to mentor junior staff and lead by example.
- A proactive approach and the confidence to operate independently when required.
