What you’ll do
- Lead cost planning and estimating across major infrastructure
- Prepare first-principles estimates and detailed cost plans
- Undertake cost risk analysis, including probabilistic estimates (P50/P90)
- Provide commercial advice on procurement strategies and project delivery options
- Review designs, asses alternatives, and contribute to value management processes
- Manage cost reporting, forecasting, and final accounts
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Mentor and support junior team members when required
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Consultant on infrastructure projects
- Strong estimating capability, including risk-based and probabilistic cost analysis
- A commercially focused mindset with the ability to advise clients at a strategic level
- Confidence working autonomously while contributing to a high performance team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach to problem solving with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
