What You’ll Do:
- Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Ensure order accuracy, pricing, and product specifications
- Communicate proactively around timelines, delays, and solutions
- Partner cross-functionally to balance customer needs and inventory
- Maintain detailed and accurate records for continuity
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of customer service experience (manufacturing or similar environment a plus)
- Experience managing full order lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Dynamics experience a plus)
