We are partnering with a growing food manufacturer looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of the Boston market and surrounding Northeast territory. This role is built for someone who is comfortable in the field, understands how to move a specific product line, and knows how to develop relationships with chefs, operators, and distribution partners.
You will have full ownership of your territory, including how you plan your week, manage your travel, and prioritize accounts. This is a one-person territory role focused on driving product adoption, growing volume, and expanding market presence.

What You Will Be Doing
- Develop new business across Boston and the broader Northeast
- Build and grow relationships with restaurants, chefs, and key distribution partners
- Drive adoption and volume of a defined product line within food service accounts
- Own your territory strategy, including travel planning and account prioritization
- Work closely with distribution channels to expand market reach
- Manage order flow and stay aligned with internal teams to support customer demand
- Track sales performance, volume, and account growth
What We Are Looking For
- 2 years of experience in food service sales or food-related sales
- Experience working for a food manufacturer and selling a defined product line
- Background in protein or perishable goods strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate new business and grow product volume in a territory
- Experience selling into restaurants, ideally with exposure to Asian markets
- Strong understanding of working with or alongside food distributors
- Self-starter who can operate independently and manage a multi-state territory
- Comfortable being in the field daily and traveling throughout the region
