The National Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and expanding customer relationships across multiple regions. The National Sales Representative will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, provide market insights, and support long-term business development initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits.
- Manage and grow key accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to remain competitive.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Operations, Customer Service, and Leadership to ensure efficient onboarding and ongoing customer support.

Qualifications/Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple territories or accounts.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
