Kaizen Collision Center needs a dependable, organized CSR who can manage a busy front office, solve problems, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
What You'll DoAnswer phones, greet customers, and schedule appointments
Handle vehicle check-ins and repair updates
Assist with insurance questions and payments
Maintain customer records and support daily operations
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Organized, dependable, and comfortable with computers
Automotive experience preferred
Valid driver's license
$19–$24/hour
