Kaizen Collision Center in Tempe is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician who can produce.

We’re not looking for someone who needs to be taught the trade. We want a technician who can step into a busy shop, take ownership of repairs, and turn hours while maintaining quality.

You bring the skill. We’ll bring the work.

$25–$30 FLAG HOUR

Pay based on experience, certifications, skill, and production ability.

What We Need

• Professional collision repair experience

• Structural and non-structural repair skills

• Strong metal work and panel replacement experience

• Ability to follow OEM repair procedures

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Quality workmanship without unnecessary comebacks

• Dependable, production-driven attitude

I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.

Valid driver’s license required.
