Pay: $22-24 an hour
Location: In Person - 2580 S. Raritan Street, Englewood, CO 80110
Job Type: Full Time; Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
Major Goals:
1. Assist the service department in achieving goals
2. Insure and follow through for a maximum level of customer satisfaction
3. Provides administrative support to service department
4. Ensures all service department documents are completed accurately and on schedule
Essential Job Functions:
1. Perform all duties in a Safe Manner
2. Experience answering multiple telephone lines
3. Excellent Communication Skills in the English Language
4. Operating knowledge of office equipment (Copier, Fax machine, Postage Meter)
5. Software experience in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
6. AS400 Experience
7. Ten Key by Touch
8. Type 40 WPM
9. Good Organizational Skills
10. Self Motivated-Self Starter
11. Ability to Multi –Task
12. Exceptional analytical ability
13. Capable of problem solving and dealing with difficult customers within our values
14. Ability to clearly communicate and follow through, after suggesting a Win-Win-Win resolution to consumers (internal and external)
15. Be able to read and comprehend written information
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare all driver sales commission payments
2. Balance the weekly zero shrinkage reports. Calculate weekly and quarterly to-date zero shrinkage
3. Update the zero shrinkage report on sales board
4. Assemble list for each driver and manager of renewed contracts quarterly
5. Submit renewed contracts to general manager for signature. Produces thank you letters for service manager’s signature. Updates contact information in AS400.
6. Conduct and scores testing for service department applicants
7. Complete all weekly feeder reports for Denver’s management report
8. Prepare graph sheets for drivers
9. Prepare employee development feeders for drivers, service manager, district route sales mangers and director of customer relations
10. Calculate garment cost for drivers
11. Calculate credits for drivers
12. Order necessary supplies for office
13. Upkeep shuttle lists
14. Make all follow up phone calls for the department
Must be able to pass a drug screening, background check and E-Verify.
