Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and transaction details in our systems.
- Assist with outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new offerings.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a friendly and helpful interaction at all times.
- Support client services by coordinating with other departments to fulfill customer requests promptly.
Qualifications
- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate clearly.
- Proficiency with computers, applications and general computer skills required for daily tasks.
- Experience with data entry, typing, and analysis skills to manage customer information accurately.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to handle payment transactions.
