Our brand‑new, modern facility has room for growth, and we’re looking for a friendly and dependable Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our team.
⭐ Position: Receptionist / Customer Service Representative
Requirements:
- Bilingual – Spanish speaker required
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive, professional communication style (in person and over the phone)
- Organized and detail‑oriented
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule customers for inspections, repairs, and vehicle pick‑ups
- Provide excellent service to walk‑in customers and callers
- Communicate with insurance companies to close out files
- Collect customer payments at vehicle delivery
- Assist with administrative tasks to support smooth shop operations
