Kaizen Collision Center – Longmont is hiring a Collision Detailer who hustles, works hard, and takes pride in sending cars out looking 🔥 clean.

This isn’t a “stand around and scroll your phone” job. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and physical — and it matters.

When a customer picks up their vehicle, the last person who touched it is you.
If it shines, you win. If it doesn’t, everyone notices.

We’re a busy Front Range shop with steady work coming through Longmont, Boulder County, and the surrounding areas. Cars move every week, and we need someone who shows up ready to work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Washing, drying, waxing, and polishing vehicles after repair
• Cleaning interiors top to bottom — vacuum, wipe down, glass, carpets, everything
• Removing dust and compound after body and paint work
• Checking vehicles before delivery to make sure they look right
• Keeping your work area clean and organized
• Moving vehicles safely around the lot
