About Kaizen Collision and Our Sun City shop supports drivers across the West Valley, and we’re looking for a Parts Manager who can keep things organized, accurate, and moving every day.
The Role
You’ll run the parts department from start to finish — making sure the right parts are ordered, tracked, and in the hands of technicians when they need them. No chaos, no guesswork — just a shop ran the way it should.
What You’ll Do
• Source and order collision parts accurately and efficiently
• Manage inventory, returns, and vendor relationships
• Work closely with estimators and technicians to keep production moving
• Track parts usage and maintain a clean, organized parts room
• Solve parts issues quickly so jobs don’t stall
What We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years of collision parts experience
• Strong understanding of automotive parts and repair processes
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Able to handle a fast-paced shop without getting overwhelmed
