Job Description
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Maintain patient hygiene and monitor comfort and safety.
- Support nursing staff with medical procedures and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and supplies.
- Report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and charts.
- Follow all facility protocols and infection control procedures.
- Deliver compassionate and respectful care in a long-term care setting.
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Proficient in taking vitals and assisting with patient mobility.
- Ability to adapt to changing patient needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, empathetic, and patient-focused.
