IT Support Associate

This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.

Position: IT Support Associate

Location: Waianae, HI

Pay: $24/hour

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate Degree in MIS, ICS, comparable degree, or high school diploma with at least 5 years’ experience in Information Systems/Technology field preferred
• A , Network or equivalent certification required
  
  

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a IT Support Associate to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Assist in the setup, configuration, integration, and administration of systems, PCs and networking equipment, as well as necessary software
• Diagnose computer and printer problems and perform medium to major repairs
• Trouble-shoot network connectivity problems to and from PCs to servers, printer, and other network equipment
• Coordinate and assist in moving of computer equipment and reinstallation
• Contact appropriate vendors for support, documenting problem, and providing corrective action, regarding hardware, operating systems, installation, and networking issues
• Provide support for Level 2 support staff as necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned
  
  

Position Requirements

• A valid Driver’s License and daily access to an automobile required
