- Current CNA certification in good standing in the state of employment.
- Ability to perform CNA duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Reliable smartphone for electronic documentation.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to safely drive.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Ability to lift, transfer, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Must provide all required employment documentation upon hire.
