Job Description
- Coordinate with physicians' offices, hospitals, clinics, and other referral sources.
- Review and organize referral documentation.
- Communicate with internal departments and external healthcare providers to facilitate continuity of patient care.
- Provide administrative support for office and clinic referrals as needed.
- Receive, review, and process patient referrals.
- Answer phone calls and communicate professionally with patients, providers, and healthcare facilities.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and office equipment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus!
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to build positive relationships with patients, providers, and coworkers.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
