Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage various documents, communications, and records
- Review and maintain data for accuracy and completeness
- Process incoming communications (mail, voicemail, email) and route appropriately
- Provide general administrative and customer service support
- Coordinate information and materials between internal departments
- Assist with research, reporting, and data tracking
- Support internal processes such as access requests and vendor coordination
- Identify and help improve workflow efficiencies
- Perform additional operational or administrative tasks as needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Customer service experience is a plus
