Role Summary

What The Role Involves
- Field sales: 3 days/week in the field (top performers exceed this), meeting restaurant owners face‑to‑face
- Inside sales work: 2 days/week from home doing lead generation, Salesforce notes, and outreach
- Travel:
- Most travel within 30Min-1 hour of home base
- Occasional overnights if further travel required (hotel covered)
- Mileage reimbursed
- Lead generation:
- Provided list of 250–300 leads
- Expected to add new leads and hunt independently
- Standard hours: 9 AM – 5 PM M-F
- Flexibility required based on restaurant availability (e.g., 6:30 AM breakfast meetings)
- People‑first communicator — engaging, conversational, fun to talk to
- Tenacious “grinder” with strong work ethic
- 2 years successful SMB sales experience, ideally:
- Restaurants
- Food & beverage
- Local territory sales
- Door‑to‑door, solar, beverage distribution, insurance
- Experience with cold calling, foot canvassing, and high‑volume outreach
- Comfortable with travel and autonomous field work
- Entrepreneurial mindset; able to build territory strategy
