Executive Assistant
Location: Stamford, CT
Summary
A hedge fund is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a C-level executive. The ideal candidate will exercise strong judgment, communicate effectively, manage competing priorities, and operate with a high level of discretion. This person should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential matters and time-sensitive requests with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage a complex calendar and keep the executive informed of upcoming commitments, meetings, and priorities
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries, agendas, logistics, and required travel documents
- Prepare and organize materials needed for meetings, business trips, and internal/external engagements
- Follow internal policies and processes, including travel, expense reporting, and compliance approval procedures
- Exercise sound judgment when conflicts arise and handle matters proactively and efficiently
- Manage multiple priorities and ensure projects and requests are completed accurately and within deadlines
- Organize and coordinate team engagements, social activities, outings, and internal events
- Serve as a trusted point of contact while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience supporting senior executives
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and details simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent client service mentality and polished professional presence
- Experience working in a global organization and managing global stakeholders preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Zoom
- Commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
