Our client is seeking a Creative Production Coordinator to support high-profile animated projects and help ensure brand consistency across a globally recognized entertainment portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about storytelling, animation, and iconic characters.

What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Review scripts, animatics, designs, and production materials to ensure brand alignment and consistency
- Consolidate feedback from multiple stakeholders and communicate it clearly to production partners
- Track project schedules, milestones, and lifecycle stages across multiple productions
- Coordinate approvals and routing of materials across internal teams
- Conduct research and gather references for characters, storylines, and creative assets
- Attend team meetings, contribute updates, and support ongoing project needs
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience in creative production, development, or media-related roles
- Background in animation, film, gaming, or digital content strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of character-driven storytelling and brand standards
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with major entertainment franchises and storytelling frameworks is a plus
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
- Project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Airtable, Confluence, Monday, or Shotgrid
- Strong digital file organization and asset management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting creative teams or production environments
