We’re looking for a creative, highly organized, production-minded leader to manage and oversee social-first brand shoots from concept through execution.
This role sits at the intersection of creative, production, project management, and client coordination.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee social-first brand shoots (photo video)

- Coordinate directly with clients to understand goals, deliverables, timelines, and creative expectations
- Build, organize, and lead freelance/internal creative teams based on project needs
- Develop shoot plans, production schedules, call sheets, shot lists, timelines, and workflows
- Direct and/or produce shoots comfortably in fast-paced environments
- Ensure creative execution aligns with brand direction, social trends, and campaign goals
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, teams, and moving pieces simultaneously
- Troubleshoot production challenges independently and keep projects moving without constant oversight
- Maintain communication across clients, creatives, editors, talent, vendors, and internal teams
Ideal Background
- Background in creative production, content production, agency, social content, or branded shoots
- Comfortable with producing, directing, leading crews, and managing shoot flow
- Strong understanding of social-first content, photo/video production, and digital creative
- Experience managing multiple campaigns/projects at once
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
- Self-starter who can operate independently and take ownership
- Comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and driving projects forward
Strong Bonus
- Agency experience
- Food / beverage / lifestyle / social content background
- Experience with creators, influencers, UGC, or trend-driven content
- Familiarity with budgets, production logistics, staffing, vendors, and talent management
