JustinBradley’s client, a multinational media and entertainment company, is seeking an experienced Accountant for a short-term contract to support the financial planning and analysis for Original Programming, with a focus on forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and helping business partners understand the financial impact of programming decisions.

Job Responsibilities
- Support the financial planning and forecasting for Original Programming, including documentaries and specials.
- Prepare and analyze monthly forecasts, close reporting, pacing reports, budgets, and long-range financial plans.
- Perform P&L and cash flow analysis while identifying trends and explaining variances.
- Review operating forecasts prepared by international teams and evaluate the financial impact of programming and scheduling changes.
- Partner with Planning, Risk Management, Production Finance, and Accounting teams on financial reporting and production insurance forecasting.
- Assist with monthly cash reporting and respond to management, audit, and accounting inquiries.
- Build financial models, create executive-facing PowerPoint presentations, and provide ad hoc financial analysis for leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, consulting, or banking.
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, and large data analysis.
- Experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, SAP, or other financial planning systems is a plus.
- Entertainment industry experience and CPA or MBA are preferred but not required.
