We are seeking member-driven, detail-oriented candidates, with cash handling and lending experience for the position of Financial Services Representative in our Los Angeles, CA branch. This onsite role is responsible for providing professional, courteous, accurate and efficient service to all Members through all communication channels of the credit union.
Key Job Functions:
- Fulfills the financial needs of Members through education and by cross-selling appropriate products and services.
- Performs duties of teller and provides back-up support to the Lending Department in processing loan applications.
- The ability to think analytically, act in the best interests of the Member.
- Stay organized in a fast-paced environment with effective written and verbal communication skills is required as this position will engage with vendors, members, and employees at all levels of the credit union.
Required Skills and Experience:
- One to eight years of similar or related experience. Prior experience in a banking or credit union environment is preferred.
- A high school education or GED.
- Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs., as needed, and requires extended periods of sitting and/or standing and to be able to use PC, copier, scanner, fax, etc.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain multiple security clearances and an in-depth background investigation to access various branches.

Compensation ranges are based on market data that enables Justice Federal Credit Union to remain competitive with other credit unions of similar asset size.
