What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot issues with confidence, patience, and a Member driven mindset
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate assistance across phone and digital channels
- Perform account transactions in accordance with security, regulatory, and compliance standards
- Use active listening and a sales and service approach to guide and educate Members about products and services to meet their needs

Position Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one month of similar or related experience
- Prior call center or financial industry experience is a plus
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow-through
- Intermediate level computer skills to include Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
- Ability to use a computer, phone printer, scanner/copier, sitting or standing for extended periods, pushing, pulling, and possibly lifting up to 50 pounds
