Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunity
Looking for More Than Just a Job?I'm seeking a professional, highly organized, and client-focused Administrative Assistant to support my growing wealth management practice in Manhattan Beach.
This is an opportunity to work directly alongside a Financial Advisor with more than 25 years of experience helping individuals, families, retirees, and business owners navigate important financial decisions.
While this is an entry-level opportunity within the financial services industry, it is not an entry-level opportunity when it comes to character, professionalism, judgment, or responsibility. Industry knowledge can be taught. Systems can be taught. Processes can be taught. What matters most is finding the right person.
If you're looking for a role where your work truly matters, your contributions are valued, and you have the opportunity to learn a profession while developing meaningful skills and relationships, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for.
About the RoleThis is not a large corporate office where you'll be one person among many.
You'll work closely with me on a daily basis in a small, professional, client-focused practice. As a result, trust, discretion, communication, and reliability are essential.
The right person will become an important part of the day-to-day operation of the practice and play a key role in helping clients receive the exceptional service they deserve.
The position will begin part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) with the opportunity to transition to full-time for the right individual.

Someone who is comfortable working closely with one individual in a collaborative environment and who values professionalism, integrity, accountability, and exceptional service.
Someone who understands that every client interaction matters.
No Financial Services Experience? That's Okay. You do not need prior experience in financial services.
You do not need to know our systems.

We can teach those things.

We're looking for the right person, not the perfect résumé.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
