ABOUT THE ROLE
- Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial, industrial and similar ground-up or renovation builds. This is ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of experience looking to take the next step in their construction career.
- Manage retail construction projects valued between $5M and $20M
- Oversee all project phases from pre-construction to closeout
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintain project budgets, schedules, and reporting
- Monitor jobsite progress through regular communication and site visits
- Support field operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively
- Foster strong working relationships with project stakeholders
- Participate in change order management and contract administration
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
- 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Experience in commercial, industrial, municipal, and public works.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Comfortable overseeing multiple stakeholders and site logistics
- Eagerness to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
