Our client, a leading General Contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex healthcare construction projects, is seeking an experienced Project Executive to join their growing team in Downtown Miami.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of successfully delivering healthcare projects from preconstruction through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight of multiple healthcare construction projects.
• Lead project teams to ensure successful delivery with respect to schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
• Drive project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and manage costs within a job cost environment, ensuring profitability and effective resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to Project Managers and field teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of construction industry experience, with a strong emphasis on healthcare projects.
• Extensive onsite project management experience with responsibility for project execution and delivery.
• Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial management in a job cost environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working for a General Contractor on large-scale commercial or healthcare construction projects is essential.
