ABOUT THE CLIENT
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Safety Manager t to oversee the safety program of all phases of data center electrical projects. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of electrical standards to ensure all installations meet rigorous safety, regulatory, and corporate benchmarks.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Regulatory Compliance: Deep, practical understanding of modern construction processes, hazard identification, and local/federal safety regulations
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to bridge gaps and build rapport between executive management and field personnel
- Technical Aptitude: Proficient with modern workplace computer systems, safety logging software, and standard communication tools
- Mobility: Must maintain valid driving qualifications in strict alignment with the IES Fleet Safety Program guidelines

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
- Degree: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Safety Credentials: Required OSHA 30-hour, OSHA 510, and active First Aid/CPR certifications.
- Desirable Credentials: Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) designation is highly valued.
- Safety Background: 5 to 7 years of recent, dedicated experience managing safety protocols within a construction environment or similar industry
- Trade Expertise: Prior hands-on experience working as a licensed or journeyman Electrician is strongly preferred.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
