An established and growing Texas General Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Superintendent to lead the successful delivery of multiple $15M–$30M retail and commercial construction projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all field operations across multiple retail construction projects valued between $15M and $30M.
- Champion a Zero Incident Safety Culture and maintain OSHA compliance across all site activities.
- Manage site logistics, sequencing, scheduling, manpower planning, and daily field operations.
- Produce daily reports, progress updates, and field documentation using industry-leading construction technology.
- Mentor Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and trade partners to create a collaborative, high-performing site culture.
