A well-established luxury custom home builder in Stuart is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-end custom residential projects. About the Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple luxury custom home projects from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple luxury custom home projects from start to finish.
- Oversee budgets, schedules and project profitability.
- Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Review drawings, specifications and contracts.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
- Lead regular site meetings and provide updates to ownership and clients.
- Work closely with the Superintendent to maintain construction schedules and resolve site issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth homeowners throughout the construction process.
Qualifications
- 5 years' experience as a Project Manager with a luxury custom home builder.
- Proven experience delivering custom homes valued at several million dollars.
- Experience managing projects of 8,000–15,000 sq ft preferred.
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- South Florida construction experience highly preferred.

Pay range and compensation package
$130,000 - $140,000 base salary
