Our client is a highly respected architectural glass and façade contractor operating across NYC and the Tri-State area, recognized for delivering complex storefront, curtain wall, and engineered façade packages. They are involved in high-profile commercial developments and manage projects through the full lifecycle, from preconstruction and procurement through fabrication coordination, installation, and closeout.
With a hands-on leadership team and a collaborative, supportive culture, this role offers a Project Manager for the opportunity to take full ownership of façade projects, lead internal teams and field operations, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants - while contributing to technically challenging, high-visibility construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of storefront and façade projects from preconstruction through final closeout
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and scope to ensure accurate execution
- Coordinate with estimating, drafting, fabrication, field crews, and subcontractors
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Oversee material procurement, shop drawings, and fabrication coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, architects, and consultants
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
- Monitor jobsite progress, safety compliance, and quality control
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and billing applications
- Ensure timely project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation
- Ability to work effectively with field teams and senior leadership
Qualifications
- 10 years of Project Management experience within storefront, curtain wall, or façade construction
- Strong technical understanding of aluminum, glass, and façade systems
- Experience managing commercial projects (retail, mixed-use, multi-family, institutional preferred)
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple active projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
