We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead the commercial delivery of a landmark $400M healthcare construction project in Houston, Texas.
The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, financial performance, and delivery of the project.
You will lead the project management team while maintaining strong relationships with the client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal leadership to ensure all project objectives are achieved.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience.
- At least 8 years managing large-scale projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects exceeding $250M, with experience on $400M projects strongly preferred.
- Significant healthcare construction experience, including hospitals, medical centres, academic healthcare facilities, or similar technically complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement strategies, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project controls
