About the role:
As Plumbing Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all phases of commercial and multi-family plumbing projects.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets and manpower plans.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and contract documents.
- Preparing job cost reports, financial forecasts and work-in-progress (WIP) reports.
- Coordinating labour, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
- Managing RFIs, change orders and project documentation.
- Working closely with field leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor safety, quality and project progress.
- Building long-term relationships with clients, vendors and project stakeholders.

About the candidate:
We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager with a proven background delivering commercial and/or multi-family construction projects.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Plumbing Project Manager.
- Experience managing projects valued between $500,000 and $10 million.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and construction practices.
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, scheduling and cost control.
- The ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and contracts.
- Experience coordinating field teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with software such as Procore, Sage, Spectrum, Raken and Microsoft Office.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
