A growing player within the mission-critical construction space, delivering complex data centre projects across the US.
They operate across both construction delivery and project advisory, supporting hyperscale and enterprise clients with the build-out of high-performance infrastructure.
With continued growth across Texas, they are looking to appoint an experienced MEP Project Manager to support new and ongoing data centre projects.
About the Role
This is a full lifecycle project management position, overseeing MEP packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
You will be responsible for driving delivery across multiple phases of construction while ensuring alignment with programme, budget, and mission-critical standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project scope, schedule, and budget from concept through completion
- Leading pre-construction activities including RFP development, bid coordination, and contractor selection
- Overseeing design development and ensuring alignment with operational and engineering requirements
- Managing MEP and CSA construction activities across live projects
- Coordinating design-build contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Reviewing contractor progress, billing, and financial reporting (cash flow, forecasting)
- Supporting commissioning activities and final handover to operations teams
- Ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements
- Driving process improvements, lessons learned, and efficiency across project lifecycle
About the Candidate
- 5–10 years’ experience in construction/project management
- Strong background managing MEP packages on complex construction projects
- Data centre or mission-critical experience highly desirable
- Experience across both CSA and MEP scopes
- Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle (pre-con to closeout)
- Strong commercial awareness including budgeting, reporting, and contractor management
- Experience working with design-build contractors and engineering teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Able to meet physical demands of site-based role
Salary : $140,000 - $165,000
