Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team at Jurney & Associates Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties while maintaining a visible presence to deter potential threats. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our commitment to quality service and client satisfaction.
Shifts: 10pm to 6am; Starting pay at $16.00/hr.
Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations effectively.
- Implement strategies to minimize criminal activity, maintain order and enforce the property's rules and regulations.
- Manage conflicts with professionalism and de-escalate tense situations.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to ensure safety
Requirements
- Proven experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
- Strong knowledge of conflict management techniques.
- Foot patrol and golf car use
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with electronic devices for reporting purposes
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
