Security Officers – Full-Time & Part-Time
Federal Tactics Security, Inc. is currently seeking reliable, professional, and experienced Security Officers to join our team in the Broward County, Hallandale Beach, and Hollywood areas.
We are looking for quality candidates who take pride in their work, maintain a professional appearance, communicate effectively, and are committed to providing excellent security services.
Position Details
- Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
- Employment: Full-Time & Part-Time
- Locations: Broward County, Hallandale Beach & Hollywood, FL
- Available Shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and visible security presence throughout the property.
- Patrol entrances, common areas, hallways, parking areas, and other assigned locations.
- Monitor and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, and unauthorized persons.
- Greet and assist hotel guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Respond to disturbances, guest complaints, emergencies, and security-related incidents.
- Assist hotel staff and management when security support is required.
- Enforce property rules and security procedures professionally and respectfully.
- Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, employees, and visitors.
- Perform other security or hotel-support duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid Florida Class D Security Officer License
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to follow post orders and company procedures
- Previous security experience is preferred
