JURISolutions is partnering with our corporate client to identify a skilled Labor & Employment Attorney who can support HR and labor partners in resolving complex employment issues. This is a REMOTE role based on east coast hours (20 hrs. to start with potential to ramp up). Duration of engagement anticipated 3 months.

- Advise on employment law matters including FLSA, employee classification, and workplace investigations.
- Conduct and oversee internal investigations
- Provide legal guidance to HR and business leaders.
- Collaborate with labor and HR teams to resolve disputes and ensure compliance
- Navigate union-related matters and support labor relations strategy
- JD from an accredited law school; bar admission in at least one state
- 7–10 years of employment law experience including:
- FLSA and wage/hour expertise
- Internal investigations
- Employee classification and compliance
- Strong legal research and negotiation skills
- Combined in-house and law firm experience highly preferred
- Experience in unionized environments
