JURISolutions is seeking a Senior Toxic Tort Attorney for our law firm client (8 years of relevant experience in toxic tort and/or product liability experience) (Permanent, full-time, remote)

- 8 years of experience working on the defense of civil litigation matters, including toxic tort or products liability matters
- Significant experience managing cases, conducting discovery, preparing and arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial
- Proficient in taking lead on depositions and working with experts
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Experience supervising and mentoring associates on matters
- Ability to make in-person appearances on cases when needed
- Trial experience is a plus, but not necessary
- Must be admitted to the State Bar of California and reside in California
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
