JURISolutions is seeking an Executive Compensation Attorney for a full-time, temporary opportunity with our financial services client.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with a focus on executive compensation matters. Responsibilities will include assisting with equity plan administration, such as advising on grant materials, compliance with securities, tax, and stock exchange requirements; and advising on tax and payroll matters related to executive compensation programs. Candidates will also help review applicable disclosures for the annual proxy statement and periodic SEC filings and assist with additional executive compensation work.
The term of the engagement will be 6 months and will be onsite either in Pennsylvania or Washington, D.C. Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing.
