JURISolutions is seeking a Litigation Attorney for a hybrid role with our law firm client located in Cinnaminson, New Jersey.
This attorney will answer discovery, draft response motions and response letters, and attend court. Admittance to the New Jersey bar is required, with a strong preference to also be barred in Pennsylvania. Candidates should have vast motions experience and be comfortable in a courtroom setting. The firm focuses on providing representation in the areas of law including, but not limited to, Nursing Home Law, Health, Elder, Real Estate and Wills and Estates.

Our compensation is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role offers a range of competitive pay rates starting at $50 per hour and a benefits package that includes PTO, holiday pay, optional health benefits, 401K and more.
