What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Assistant position at JURISolutions Legal (JSL)?
JURISolutions is seeking a Part-Time Legal Assistant to support our law firm client, an established estate planning and administration practice in Center City Philadelphia. This critical role will include a variety of administrative responsibilities including document preparation, case management, assisting with scheduling of meetings/calendar management, and other tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of legal administrative support experience, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and a proficiency in MS Office Suite - familiarity with Clio is a plus. While this position is currently slated to be part-time, there is potential for this role to evolve into a full-time position with further growth opportunities. This role will require on-site presence, but the schedule itself can be flexible.
