JURISolutions is seeking an Employment Investigator for a remote opportunity supporting our corporate client.
This candidate will be responsible for conducting an internal investigation involving allegations of pay discrimination based on gender. They will be tasked with collecting and analyzing facts through witness reviews, documentation and company guidelines and finalizing a determination. Candidates must have knowledge of US federal and state labor and employment laws. They will have 6-9 years’ experience handling complex employment investigations.
This role is remote, starting the second week of July through project completion.
