Complex Litigation Associate

JURISolutions is seeking an Associate to join our client, a boutique law firm nationally recognized for its litigation practice, specifically as it relates to their command of intellectual property matters.

The Associate will support an expanding caseload involving intellectual property litigation and business dispute matters. Our client is seeking a litigation-focused attorney who is passionate about hands-on case work and wants to continue developing their skills as a commercial litigator as part of a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience as an associate in a law firm handling complex commercial litigation matters. Admission to the New York or Pennsylvania Bar (or eligibility for admission in one of those states) is required. While this position is fully remote, candidates residing in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania are preferred. Highly qualified candidates in Washington, D.C., Florida, or Delaware will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and other pleadings
• Prepare for and take depositions
• Review and analyze documents and discovery materials
• Assist with case strategy and litigation support through all phases of litigation
