We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, HR Technology & Analytics to lead and evolve our HRIS ecosystem across payroll, timekeeping, benefits, integrations, and people analytics. This role is responsible for the strategy, configuration, integration, and optimization of enterprise HR systems while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and scalable solutions to support a complex workforce. This role sits on-site at our HQ in Berwyn, 4x a week. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on HRIS expertise, strong technical and integration capabilities, and the ability to lead teams and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the design, configuration, and ongoing optimization of enterprise HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG, ADP, Kronos, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, Payroll, Finance, and executive leadership on HR technology strategy and best practices.
- Manage, mentor, and develop an HRIS team supporting union and non-union populations.
Integrations & Data Management
- Design, implement, and support integrations between HRIS, payroll, benefits, ERP, finance, and third-party vendors using APIs, EDI, RaaS, WIM, and custom interfaces.
- Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and end-to-end data flow across platforms.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and lead root-cause analysis and resolution.
Payroll, Time & Compliance
- Support complex payroll and timekeeping environments, including union contracts, pay rules, accruals, schedules, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements (e.g., DCAA, payroll audits, internal controls).
- Partner with Payroll and Finance teams on system enhancements and compliance initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Lead HR data analytics and reporting strategy, delivering insights through dashboards and custom reports.
- Develop and maintain reporting using tools such as SQL, IBM Cognos, ADP Reporting, and other BI platforms.
- Enable data-driven decision-making across HR and the business.
Projects & System Enhancements
- Lead HRIS implementations, upgrades, and migrations, including vendor management and cross-functional coordination.
- Define project scope, timelines, risks, and success metrics.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and governance standards to support system adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of progressive HRIS experience in enterprise environments.
- Deep hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, ADP, Kronos, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong integration experience using SQL, APIs, EDI, RaaS, WIM, or similar technologies.
- Proven experience supporting payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and compliance in complex organizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and influence stakeholders.
- Experience working in regulated or audit-driven environments preferred.
