Juno is seeking a Network Operations Leader to own the design, performance, and reliability of a global enterprise network spanning corporate offices, R&D environments, and manufacturing sites.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on ensuring secure, scalable connectivity across a distributed environment, while driving modernization initiatives across cloud networking, SD-WAN, and Zero Trust architecture. You will lead global teams and partners, support business-critical operations, and play a key role in enabling digital transformation and operational resilience.
What You’ll Do
Global Network Operations
- Own day-to-day operations across WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and firewalls
- Ensure high availability, performance, and uptime across all locations
- Lead network monitoring, incident response, and root-cause analysis
- Define and manage SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards
Strategy and Modernization
- Develop and execute a multi-year network roadmap
- Lead SD-WAN deployments and next-generation network initiatives
- Support hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity (Azure/AWS)
- Drive lifecycle management, upgrades, and standardization efforts
Security and Compliance
- Partner with cybersecurity teams on network segmentation, firewall policies, and Zero Trust initiatives
- Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks such as NIST, CMMC, SOX, and ISO standards
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support risk assessments
IT/OT and Manufacturing Support
- Collaborate with plant and OT teams to support secure and reliable manufacturing networks
- Enable segmentation and monitoring of industrial systems (SCADA, PLCs, IIoT)
- Support uptime and resilience of production environments
Leadership and Vendor Management
- Lead and develop a global team of network engineers and external partners
- Manage MSPs, telecom providers, and technology vendors
- Oversee budgeting, cost optimization, and vendor performance
What You Bring
- 12 years of experience in network engineering and operations
- 5 years of leadership experience in a global, distributed environment
- Strong expertise in enterprise networking (Cisco, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls)
- Experience with cloud networking (Azure/AWS, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect)
- Knowledge of network security principles (segmentation, VPN, Zero Trust)
- Experience supporting multi-site or manufacturing environments
Nice to Have
- Exposure to IT/OT networking or industrial systems
- Experience in regulated industries (aerospace, defense, energy, healthcare)
- Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE, CISSP, or cloud networking certifications
