Senior Manager of Cyber Security

Juno is seeking a deeply hands‑on Cyber Security Director to personally lead and execute enterprise security for a fast‑moving, mission‑critical logistics organization. This role exists because security is viewed as business continuity, not theory. The environment is fully on‑prem, highly visible, and shaped by prior ransomware experience and ongoing executive priority.

Despite the Director title, this is a player/coach role requiring direct execution. This position sits on‑site 5 days per week in West Chester, PA.

What You’ll Do:

• Personally lead and execute the enterprise security program across on‑prem Windows and Linux environments
• Directly own incident response, including readiness, escalations, investigations, and post‑incident reviews
• Actively engage with and challenge SOC, EDR, and vendor‑supported security operations (Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Okta)
• Drive hands‑on vulnerability management and identity/access governance
• Build and maintain security playbooks, policies, and operational documentation
• Deliver quarterly board‑level reporting on security posture, risks, and trends
• Lead enterprise‑wide security awareness programs

First 90 Days Focus:

• Personally drive measurable improvements in incident readiness, detection coverage, and vulnerability remediation
• Establish practical, repeatable playbooks and response procedures
• Strengthen identity governance and access controls
• Partner with leadership to clearly communicate security performance and risk posture

What We’re Looking For:

• 10 years in IT (systems, infrastructure, or networking); 5 years in cybersecurity leadership
• Hands‑on experience with incident response, vulnerability management, and identity security
• Proven ability to hold vendors and MSSPs accountable
• Comfort operating in lean, on‑prem environments
• Strong executive communication and board‑level reporting skills
• Familiarity with enterprise security tooling (SOC, EDR, IAM)
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, or OSCP preferred
