Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Plant Engineer in Bloomsburg, PA area! The candidate will be responsible to direct, schedule and control all engineering and maintenance functions.
Responsibilities
- :Provide engineering leadership at the plant leve
- lSupervise and coach direct report
- sComplete direct reports performance reviews and provide feedbac
- kManage capital projects for the plan
- tRecommend equipment and processing system modifications and replacement
- sRemain up to date on plant technolog
- yDevelop, implement, and control approved budget
- sCreate and maintain engineering records including equipment records and manuals, drawing and diagrams, inspections reports and any legal document
- sEstablish and administer and effective predictive/preventative maintenance progra
- mOversee all processes for maintenance and engineering associate
- sLead inclusive of plant, division, and company goal
- sWork closely with outside organizations such as OSHA, EPA, FD

Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
