Division Accounting Manager Opportunities (Two Separate Roles)

12.5% bonus - presently paying out yearly at 130% to bonus goal.
Our client is hiring 2 Accounting Managers to support our growing Finance organization. These are separate roles — candidates may apply to the Reporting or Cost Accounting.
Reporting Accounting Manager - ($115k - $135k)
Focus: Financial Reporting • Month-End Close • Compliance
Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly/quarterly close and financial reporting
- Prepare financial statements and corporate reporting packages
- Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls
- Manage reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit support
- Drive reporting improvements and standardization
Qualifications:
- CPA/MBA
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
- 5–10 years of reporting experience
- Strong GAAP and ERP skills (SAP/Oracle)
Cost Accounting Manager - ($110k - $130k)
Focus: Standard Costing • Inventory Accounting • Manufacturing Analysis
Responsibilities:
- Lead standard costing, cost rolls, and annual updates
- Manage inventory accounting and variance analysis (PPV, labor, overhead)
- Analyze manufacturing performance and cost drivers
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement
- Strengthen cost controls and ERP utilization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
- 5–10 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing
- Strong costing, inventory, and ERP skills
Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
