What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Superintendent position at Judge Direct Placement?
A growing food company located near Harrisonburg, VA is currently searching for a Production Superintendent with debone poultry experience.
In return, the company offers a good starting salary, excellent benefits and relocation if needed
Salary range for this position is $80-90k plus 15% bonus plus 6th and 7th day pay if needed
This is a 2nd shift position.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Minimum of 4 years’ experience in poultry production Required
-3 years production supervisor experience Required
-Poultry Kill experience required
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
-Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
