eThe Quality Inspector is responsible for leading quality initiatives across manufacturing and production environments, driving systemic improvements, and ensuring adherence to high-performance standards. This role operates at both a strategic and hands-on level—analyzing complex quality challenges, leading root cause investigations, and implementing scalable process improvements
.You will serve as a key partner to engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to enhance product integrity, reduce defects, and optimize production efficiency in a fast-paced environment
.Key Responsibilitie
- sLead and execute quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing and production operation
- sAnalyze quality data, trends, and KPIs to identify systemic issues and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA
- )Own and facilitate root cause analyses (RCA) for product and process nonconformance
- sDevelop, standardize, and optimize inspection, validation, and testing processe
- sCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and production teams to resolve complex quality issue
- sDrive continuous improvement using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical analysi
- sPartner with suppliers to ensure incoming materials and components meet quality and compliance standard
- sSupport and enhance quality management systems (QMS) aligned with AS9100, ISO9001, or similar framework
- sMentor junior quality team members and provide technical leadership across inspection and quality processe
- sEnsure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements in controlled environment
sRequired Qualification
- sExpertise in the use of calibrated inspection equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM
- )Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, schematics, and work instruction
- sAdvanced knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T
- )Experience with inspection and validation of mechanical assemblies, machined components, and electronic systems (PCBs, wire harnesses, power systems
- )Proven experience working within AS9100, ISO9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality management system
- sDemonstrated experience leading quality investigations and driving corrective action

- sAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering fiel

- sCertifications such as IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or CQM/CP
